
A class for every child
We understand that every child is different and our classes are thoughtfully designed to cater to their individual developmental stages and needs. At Little Lam Yoga , inclusivity is key and we are dedicated to fostering a sense of self-esteem and celebrating each child’s special qualities. We provide engaging yoga experiences for preschool children through to Year 6. Our sessions are usually 45 minutes long. Discover the right class for your child or setting below.

Little Yogi sessions
Sing, play and stretch! Get ready for giggles and wiggles with our Little Yogi Sessions (2.5-4yrs). These classes are all about toddler-friendly games, fun nursery rhymes and engaging stories. Forget long poses and trying to keep little ones still- we playfully introduce yoga concepts, making it a joyful experience for our little yogis!

Little Learners Sessions
Join the fun! Our Little Learners Sessions (ages 4-7yrs) blend engaging games, singing and calming mindful moments, to introduce yoga to school-aged children. We’ll playfully explore new yoga moves (asanas) and gently discover simple breathing techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Confident kids sessions
Let’s keep growing on our yoga journey. Our Confident Kids Sessions (ages 7-11yrs) build on foundational movements, introducing a wider range of yoga poses and exploring breathing techniques in more detail to equip your child with skills they can practise independently too. We’ll still have fun with games and mindful activites, fostering strength, flexibility and confidence. These sessions really empower children to develop their own practice and build skills for life. These sessions are also suitable for beginners and can be tailored to meet all needs.

We provide everything your little yogis need to enjoy yoga in a fun and accessible way. Just make sure they are dressed comfortably and safely for an active session!
